I invite You to work consciously with the Solar Plexus Chakra, for this journey I took my shamanic drum and Rav Vast. This energy center is associated with our personal power and self-esteem. We all have blockages which are difficult to work with because many of them we are not fully aware of. During this meditation stay aware that You're removing your mental blockages and healing your subconscious with harmony & peace. Sleep, meditate, listen to the music and breathe veery slowly.
